Welcome to GoodThread. A place where real humans get shirts that actually get them, chaos and all.

Who we are

Holli - CEO & Chief Chaos Coordinator After years in ecommerce, I was burnt out and ready to create something genuine instead of selling other people's visions. GoodThread started as a way to celebrate all the beautifully chaotic parts of life that make us who we are. When I decided to quit my soul-sucking corporate job, we discovered Jason had been sitting on the perfect domain name for years - it was like the universe was telling us it was time to actually do something with it. From my own journey as a reformed people-pleaser to watching my dogs train me better than any corporate manager ever did, I design every product to speak to the authentic, imperfect, wonderfully human experiences we all share.

Jason - Founder & Horror Visionary Jason founded GoodThread with the vision of creating apparel that celebrates the beautifully chaotic humans we actually are. His lifelong passion for horror and patient coaching of my transformation from scaredy cat to scream team member directly inspired our entire GoodScares collection. While his day job keeps him busy, his creative vision and brand DNA are woven into every design.

Our Furry Inspiration

Maisie & Trudy - Chief Treat Evaluation Officers Our Australian Labradoodles are the real masterminds behind GoodDogs. These two have perfected the art of emotional manipulation, schedule management, and general household domination. Every GoodDogs design comes from watching them train us to be better humans - and honestly, they're really good at their jobs. They've taught us that the best relationships are built on mutual respect, unlimited treats, and accepting that the couch was never really ours to begin with.

Life Inspirations

Where Our Collections Come From GoodThread isn't just about t-shirts - it's about celebrating the hobbies, passions, and quirks that make life worth living. Moving from Dallas to the PNW in 2017 completely changed how we experience and appreciate nature - we feel so lucky every day to live somewhere with mountains and natural water everywhere around us. My regular trips to waterfront parks with the girls (our dogs) always include my monocular and hope for that perfect whale breach - I'm still waiting for my whale moment. Jason's horror movie marathons and our annual Horror Nights adventures fuel GoodScares. Our kayaking sessions on Lake Washington, complete with Mt. Rainier views and eagle sightings, remind us why we need to protect the beautiful chaos of the natural world. Every design starts with a real experience, a genuine laugh, or a moment of "someone needs to make a shirt about this."
