We accept returns within 30 days of placing your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged Goods

If you receive a damaged item or poor quality print, please email us at hello@goodthread.com and attach a photo showing the issue within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number in the email. In most cases, we will replace defective items, defective printing, the wrong item, or the wrong size simply by receiving a photograph showing the problem.

Fit & Sizing

Having an issue with the size of your garment? No problem. Please contact us at hello@goodthread.com for a resolution. Issues related to sizing must be reported within 7 days from the delivery date of your order.

Your GoodThread items are made fresh just for you! This sustainable approach helps reduce waste, but means your order takes a bit longer to reach you:
  • Production time: 2-5 business days
  • Shipping time: 3-7 business days (US only)
  • Total delivery time: 5-12 business days for most orders

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains different types of products, it's normal to receive them in multiple shipments as they may be produced at different facilities for optimal quality and speed.

How are your products made?

Our products are made-to-order using a sustainable production process that reduces waste. Each item is printed fresh when you place your order, ensuring quality and minimizing environmental impact.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Since we start production quickly to get your order to you fast, changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Please contact us at hello@goodthread.com immediately if you need to make changes.

What if I received the wrong item or my order is damaged?

Contact us at hello@goodthread.com within 7 days with photos of the item and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Do you offer exchanges for different sizes or colors?

While we don't typically offer exchanges (since items are made-to-order), we want you to love your GoodThread gear! Contact us at hello@goodthread.com if you have sizing issues and we'll work with you to find a solution.

How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes detailed size charts. Our Bella + Canvas tri-blend tees run true to size, but when in doubt, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

What if my package is returned due to a wrong address?

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, we'll hold it for 30 days while we work with you to get the correct shipping information. You'll be responsible for reshipment costs to send it to the corrected address.

Can I upgrade my shipping after placing an order?

Generally, shipping speed cannot be upgraded after an order is placed since production begins immediately. If you need rush delivery, contact us at hello@goodthread.com right away and we'll see what we can do.

What about the quality of your products?

We use premium apparel brands including Bella + Canvas and Cotton Heritage, known for their superior comfort and durability. Every item goes through multiple quality checks before shipping. If you're ever unsatisfied with quality, contact us at hello@goodthread.com with photos and we'll make it right.

Are your products eco-friendly?

Yes! Our made-to-order process significantly reduces textile waste compared to traditional retail. Plus, our designs promote environmental awareness and sustainable choices.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
